What Is It?
Baller of the Month (BOTM) is BallR's monthly community award. Every month, one player per city earns the title based on their performance, improvement, and community contribution. It's not just about being the best — it's about being the most valuable player in the truest sense.
How the Score is Calculated
The BOTM score is a weighted composite of six factors:
Win Rate
How often you win. Consistency matters more than one lucky streak.
ELO
Your current ELO rating. Rewards players who are performing at a high level.
Peer Skill Rating
How other players rate your skill after each game.
Sportsmanship
Fair play and positive attitude on the pitch.
Community Ratings
Overall community feedback and contributions.
Reliability
Your show-up rate. Being there when you said you would.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify, you need at least 5 games played and 3 peer ratings received during the month. This prevents someone from playing one great game and winning the title. Consistency is the point.
